Chairman's Report |
The Chairman thanked the Captain, Secretary, Treasurer and Fixture Secretaries for their hard work behind the scenes over the season.
He thanked club members for their continued support and also members of Dodgers CC for their co-operation. Once again it had been another successful year on the pitch
(played 17, won 12) and he looked forward to an equally successful season next year. He praised the club for its role in enhancing inter-departmental and departmental team spirit
and promoting sport for all. He also congratulated those players who had won awards last year. |

Treasurer's Report |
The provisional accounts were considered and looked in order. The accounts had not been audited as Trophies still had to be purchased.
Once this was done they would be formally audited and sent to DTLR-RA before the end of the year. Once again 5 players had not paid their annual subscription for the season. These
players would be asked to pay before the accounts are submitted. |

Motions |
One motion was received. This was largely amended and resubmitted for approval. Members agreed that while on tour Superstars CC would
play under the name "Ministry of Spin CC". Members voted on the firm understanding that the team would operate under the aegis of Superstars CC and that constitutional matters such
as administration, averages, etc would fall within that club?s authority. |

Arrangements for 2003 Season |
It was agreed that if possible the number of fixtures for next year should be similar to this year. It was stressed that Ken Block
puts a lot of hard work into arranging fixtures each season and members should make similar efforts to make themselves available for these. It was agreed that for future seasons guest
players would be asked to pay a £1 subscription for each match, subject to the Captain's discretion on the day. Proposals for next season's SPARTA bid were put forward and considered
appropriate. |

Any Other Business |
As required at the DTLR-RA AGM, the Club's constitution was amended to reflect the fact that it is now affiliated to the SPARTA (this
name being agreed at the 31st AGM of DTLR-RA on 5 December 2002) instead of DOETRA. |

Members noted that whilst the club has a lot of kit, much of this was in poor condition due to natural wear and tear. In order to sort
out the good from the bad it was agreed that Simon Gundry, Michael Taylor and Steve Meyler would arrange an appropriate date to assess this and ensure that kit of a reasonable quality
was available for the new season. |
Members agreed to arrange another advertising campaign in March/April to recruit new players. It was agreed that club subscriptions
would remain the same for the coming year. Tour arrangements to Lancashire for the coming season were in hand. Details would need to be confirmed in due course. The club would look
into arranging the occasional match at a venue other than Chiswick to add a bit of variety. Michael Taylor would look into booking the pitch at the Royal Hospital Chelsea. Nets have
been booked at the Oval for pre-season practice. |
DTLR-RA had provided the club with additional kit following the folding of one of the affiliated clubs. Members were grateful for
this which went some way to keeping costs down. Members also thanked Michael Taylor for purchasing a number of cricket balls during a holiday in Pakistan, which again helped keep
costs down. |
