The match v Ad Hoc was surprising because we played well, chasing 145 with relative ease. Congratulations to
Jimmy Hall on his debut, the 4 retirees (Richard Smith I, Speno, Meyler (S) and Vijay) and Mike Kamellard who took another step to reaching 100 wickets
for the club. Paul G was run out without facing a ball (something to tick off the ‘bucket list’) and Rick’s kit was not a thing of beauty after scoring
90odd at the weekend and just being left in the kit bag. |
